All sales are final
Each set is handmade with care, hours are dedicated to each design. This means I am unable to offer refunds or accept returns. With this being said If an error occurs on my end, I’m more than happy to help with getting it resolved. Please be sure of your order and size before checking out.
Sizing is key
Getting the right fit is super important! Please double-check your sizes before ordering. If you're unsure, I highly recommend ordering a sizing kit first. I'm not able to replace or refund sets due to sizing errors.
Cancellations
Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. I often begin working on sets the same day—sometimes within the hour your order comes through. For that reason, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Priority booking
If you need your order sooner than the standard processing time, rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please message me before ordering to confirm availability
Custom orders
Design change
After a custom set is ordered, you’re welcome to make design changes before I start, but please note that pricing may vary depending on the details.
If changes are requested after I’ve started the set, an additional fee may apply depending on the complexity of the update.
Pricing and payment
Pricing varies based on each design. Before payment is processed, the design, and price will be confirmed with you.
Custom sets must be paid in full before I begin creating them.

Because each set is made by hand, slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur. I always do my best to match your inspiration as closely as possible.
