If one of your nails doesn’t fit, no worries! You can purchase a replacement. (Price varies, depending on the complexity of the set). To help avoid this, please measure your nails carefully (twice if needed!) or consider ordering a sizing kit for the most accurate fit

You can absolutely make changes to your custom set after submitting your request—as long as I haven’t started working on it yet. If you’re unsure whether your set is already in progress, feel free to message me and ask! If you’d like to make changes after work has already begun, I’ll do my best to accommodate, but please note that it may result in an additional fee depending on the changes.

Yes! With proper care and gentle removal, custom press-ons can be reused multiple times. Be sure to avoid excessive bending or pulling during removal, clean off any adhesive residue, and store them safely in the box they came in to keep them in great condition for future use.
